The nourishing properties of dates are well known.

• Heart Health: Dates are also beneficial in keeping your heart healthy. It can be used for those with weak hearts by soaking dates overnight and then crushing it in the morning before it is eaten. It is best to do this twice a week to ensure maximum benefits.

• Sexual Weakness: Dates also help heighten sexual stamina. A handful of dates are usually soaked in fresh milk from a goat over night. This is then grinded and cardamom powder and honey are added to increase sexual endurance and it also helps sterility brought about by functional disorders.
